SCOPE offers American Sign Language courses using Signing Naturally curriculum taught by a qualified deaf instructor.

ASL 101 – Monday Evening (Zoom)

Disability Commons

(formerly Disability Action Hall)

Disability Commons (formerly Disability Action Hall) started in 1998, and is comprised of adults with disabilities and allies who meet week to share stories and work on issues of social justice together. We work towards a better Alberta for everyone. We meet to talk about disability pride and culture, resources, housing, services, supports and how to make change. We work in coalitions, act as advisors, create events, do presentations and much more.
